Genesis10 is seeking multiple Product Owners for a fortune 500 client located in Lisle, IL
This is an 18-month contract with possible conversion
This will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite, and two days can be worked remotely
Our client is looking for a Product Owner for it's Digital Dealer team
To succeed in this important evolution, the client is strongly committed in evolving its digital capabilities and tools
Digital Dealer is part of the digital ecosystem which will be supporting the company, its network of dealers and customers in the upcoming years
Responsibilities:
As a Product Owner in Digital Dealer you will be part of one of our cross-functional agile teams and a member of Dealer Digitalization team
Within this role, you will work closely with the users, designers, process experts, and other stakeholders to create value for our users every step of the way
The product owner is the main driver in what the product is going to be, its value creation and future evolution
Specifically, the Product Owner will be focused in creating a new operative dashboard inside the Digital Dealer ecosystem to support Uptime Advocates' proactive way of working
As a product owner your daily work is to:
- Contribute to the definition the roadmap and the activities needed to define a new dashboard dedicated to Uptime Advocate and Fleets management within Digital Dealer
- Work with your team to explore new, innovative feature ideas that advance the state of software development in your area and the surrounding ones, delivering real value to real users
- Understand the business landscape and utilize that knowledge to create relevant features
- Contribute in defining the technical landscape and solution of the integration of the ecosystem
- Defining epics for new software features, breaking them down into features and user stories, and finally managing and prioritizing the product backlog for your team
- Actively participate in development processes to review, explain and influence
- Be a part of user research and the creation of user journeys and prototypes
- Build high-performance products
Minimum Requirements: - Master's degree
- At least 6 years of technical project/program management experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of technical project/program management experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- At least 10 years of technical project/program management experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements: - Qualified candidates must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States
The client does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
