We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist - Phoenix, AZ to identify, connect & develop strong relationships with Paradigm’s potential customers. Join our team as we revolutionize the home building industry!
What You Will Do:
- You will be the face of Paradigm Digital Tools. You will be responsible for the success of digital sales within the residential home building industry.
- You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing to account management.
- You will have clear consistent messaging around the Digital Tools value that you will explain to potential and current clients, you understand the benefit in a unified strategy.
- You love sales. You love sales strategy, working through sales pricing,
- You excel at sales presentations; clients leave the meetings feeling like the solution was built just for them. You will be responsible for creation and delivery of presentations to the market.
- You will provide training of the Digital Tools for new client and be the initial point of contact for troubleshooting.
- You will be responsible for Digital Tool adoption & saturation within the client’s business. You will need to be on site at lumber yards, job sites and design centers.
- You will partner with BFS’ Outside Sales Representatives that represent localized markets. This will include market research, monitoring sales goals, product demonstrations, business development & promotional plans and events. When they win-we win.
- You will provide input and assistance on negotiations, pricing and contracting.
- You will provide in the field insight to the Paradigm product team for roadmap iterations. This will include collaboration with Paradigm product teams, estimators, and BFS’ OSR’s & ISR’s.
- You will stay current on industry trends and challenges; you will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and provide this value add to Paradigm’s clients.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 1+ years of proven sales experience with software or digital product sales. This includes planning/prepping for online & in-person demos.
- You are proficient in digital communication (email, text, etc.). You know when to pick up the phone, or when to message or when to show up in person.
- You are comfortable using a CRM, and understand the value of good data in. If you understand how to mine CRM data to make decisions and strategies, even better!
- You like being able to control your own future. You have “fire in your belly”.
- You understand that you must have dedication and resilience to succeed in this role. You understand when to continue forward with a conversation and when to be able to shelf the conversation for a future time.
- You are known for being able to stay present, providing solutions. You will learn with us, as we learn from the past, but you will be ready to affect the future.
- You have strong presentation skills. You are adept with Microsoft PowerPoint & Outlook for creating presentations and communication.
- You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you. You can thrive in the unknown and adapt to changing business needs. This invigorates you and makes you want to dig in.
- You will be traveling regionally/locally to your clients daily, travel would flex, but range up to 80%.
