Seneca Family of Agencies

Location

Napa, CA | United States

Job description

Are you an experience mental health professional with four years of experience and ready to take the next step in your career? Join Seneca's team in providing family-centered and strength-based services!

The Bilingual Wraparound Facilitator provides culturally responsive services and leads a collaborative planning process for youth and families who are referred through Child Welfare, Juvenile Probation, or County Behavioral Health departments. Services will be provided almost exclusively in the community: in families' homes, foster homes, schools, other community locations, etc. for youth who could required being placed in out-of-home care or are stepping down from a higher level of care. Your primary role is to ensure a sustainable network of unpaid supports (i.e. extended family, mentors, teachers, coaches) are working together toward stability for the youth and family.

ABOUT PROGRA M

Seneca offers "Wraparound" services to children and youth susceptible of placement, and to their families. The Wraparound programs are strengths-based, family-driven, flexible, and creative, with the goal of helping the family develop the skills and supports to prevent or reduce the possibility of out-of-home placement of their child. A family-based team addresses the needs of the entire family, not just the child of focus. This family-based team consists of family members, Seneca's Therapists, Support Counselors, Family Partners, Facilitators and other community members who have an important role in the family.
