Aviation Production Operations Manager

Job description
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, including managing staff and ensuring efficient workflow
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience in assembling, using both hand tools and power tools
- Proficiency in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to fabricate or modify equipment as necessary
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- SAP ERP: 1 year (Required)
