An award-winning hospital in the East Bay Area is seeking an Assistant ICU Nurse Manager to join a fantastic and highly-skilled team!

This full-service, patient-centered, technologically innovative, 200+ bed hospital is part of a large and well-respected health system. The Assistant ICU Nurse Manager will join a thriving hospital that has received numerous awards and is devoted to Quality Patient Care.

The Assistant ICU Nurse Manager will work closely with the ICU Nurse Manager to support the hospital’s Critical Care Department. The Assistant ICU Nurse Manager will assist the ICU Nurse Manager in providing operational leadership as well as clinical leadership. The Assistant ICU Nurse Manager will be well-supported by a highly skilled team of Nurse Supervisors, ICU Charge Nurses, Critical Care RNs, and Unit Secretaries. 

The Assistant ICU Nurse Manager will assist the ICU Nurse Manager by mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment, maintaining compliance and quality standards, and encouraging professional development. 

Located in the beautiful East Bay near San Francisco, the Assistant ICU Nurse Manager will enjoy the abundant sunshine and access to plenty of outdoor activities including hiking, sightseeing, camping, vast coastlines, and sunny beaches.
