Job description
Integrity Roofing and Painting is seeking to hire a Sales Manager to build an industry leading sales team. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sales activities. Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sales Team
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Track sales team reporting: weekly and monthly
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Meet the sales targets of the organization through effective planning
- Hire and train new salespeople to ensure success
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
- Track sales team report through CRM, weekly and monthly and terminate relationship if necessary
- Work with ownership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
- Lead and schedule weekly team meetings with sales team and leadership
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
- Train and ensure adherence to sales process
- Set an example for team members and be a source of inspiration
- Organize Presentation Kits (marketing materials and product demos)
- Assign leads
- Approve Commissions
- Rehash leads
- Ride along with Reps
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable operating a computer and knowledgeable of business productivity software applications.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to assess and resolve sales related issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Able to climb ladders, crawl in attics, not afraid of heights, and can lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior knowledge and experience using common CRM systems to drive sales
