Role: Salesforce Dev Lead & Release Manager

Location: Waukegan, IL (Work from Office)

Duration: CTH/Fulltime-(Must be ready to get converted in 3-6 months max)

Job Description:

Skills:

1. Code & Debugging: Strong
2. Sales Cloud: Working experience
3. Design: Strong, ability to perform changes in existing design, propose new designs or propose better alternatives based on salesforce recent guidance.
4. Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud, Integrations, LWC must have. CPQ is optional.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Role: Work as Dev Lead and Release Manager(should handle deployments, configuration management & other DevOps activities)
2. Documentation: Must be able to document or update existing documentation
3. Team Management: Readiness to work with offshore team and handling support tickets
4. Domain: Life Science Med Devices nice to have.
5. Customer: Must have experience working with customer stakeholders, participate in customer side technical reviews and new initiatives
