The Growth Partner is privileged to partner with Sulloway & Hollis PLLC a prestigious law firm with a history dating back to the 1850s in their search for a Senior Trust & Estates (T&E) Lateral Partner to join their esteemed team in Concord NH. Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior T&E Lateral Partner with a minimum of $325000 portable book of business. This role is ideal for an attorney with an established practice looking to benefit from the support and resources of a larger firm. Successful candidates will initially join as nonequity partners with a clear path to equity partnership based on performance and mutual fit.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $135000 $175000 commensurate with experience.
- Bonus Provisions: Generous bonus opportunities based on receipts from personal billings and sources with potential earnings of 5% to 10% for receipts exceeding $400k.
