Role: Digital Art Director

As a Digital Art Director within our creative department, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Design Director to craft visually stunning digital design experiences across various platforms including websites, social channels, ads, and emails. Your role will be instrumental in achieving our strategic business objectives through innovative and impactful design solutions.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute designs across various campaigns and initiatives, ensuring a strategic, user-centered approach.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful design solutions.
Prototype high-fidelity UIs and visual designs, presenting design rationales, user flows, and testing ideas to stakeholders.
Maintain consistent brand representation while achieving project objectives.
Contribute to the enhancement of design systems and UI standards to ensure consistency and excellence in visual design.
Effectively manage multiple projects, timelines, and expectations while captivating customers with designs aligned to marketing goals and audience insights.
Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience driving the design of digital projects.
Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-designers and developers.
Experience with UI design systems and standard user-centered design methodologies.
Proficiency in Wordpress, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Experience managing external vendors.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HTML and CSS.
Familiarity with Asana and/or Widen.
Animation or video skills.
Prior experience in advertising or marketing agencies.
