- 8-12 hrs; At least 3 shifts/week

- Flexible but must be available every week.
• Ave No. of Surgical Cases per day: 75
• % of Practice:

- 25% General, 25% Neuro, 25% Complex Vascular, 25% Complex Orthopedic.
• Physicians in Practice: 38 Anesthesiologists; 104 CRNAs

- Medical Director present for Intubations.
• Required Procedures/Duties:

- General Anesthesia: Adult & Peds

- Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases: Head and Spine.

- CRNA will prepare the anesthesia cart.
• No. of ORs: 28
• Total No. of Beds: 600
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:

- Will be supervised by Anesthesiologists onsite on cases.

- 2 facilities; 15 mins. away from each other.

- May be required to work at fac. 2 for some shifts or as needed basis.
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• WA License/IMLC
• BC
• ACLS, PALS
