About the Role

The 3DE School & Partner Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and success of 3DE's innovative instructional model through the recruitment, preparation, and management of business professionals and engagement with teachers using designated systems and processes to integrate 3DE as a comprehensive four-year learning experience.

Role Overview

As the 3DE School & Partner Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to cultivate and nurture robust relationships among school staff, students, and partners, fostering a collaborative learning environment. This entails employing established systems to instill a cohesive culture in line with 3DE values and configuring physical spaces to facilitate collaboration and community engagement. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating Professional Learning Community meetings and seamlessly integrating community involvement into school operations. Your duties extend to recruiting and equipping business professionals, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating capstone experiences. In addition, you will support the use of the 3DE learning management system and actively participate in events to heighten awareness and engagement. Finally, continuous monitoring of implementation progress and leveraging data for informed decision-making are integral aspects of the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in relevant field preferred
• Middle or High school classroom teaching experience, minimum of 5 years; comparable nonprofit experience as a trainer or program coordinator/manager is also acceptable
• Instructional support or differentiation experience
• Strong understanding of Case-Method or Project-Based Learning instructional practices
• Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills with experience adapting style based on the needs and perspectives of audiences
• Proven track record of successful relationship building/management and collaboration with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, and E-learning technologies
• Strong organization and time management skills with a proven ability to juggle competing priorities
• Must be a highly motivated, flexible, solution-oriented self-starter

• Location: Alachua County Public School District
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: $55,000-$85,000; commensurate with experience
