Description: We are seeking Hosts/Hostesses who are passionate about making others feel welcome and cared for! You must enjoy multitasking, working in a fast-paced environment, and value cleanliness. Hosts/Hostesses should be passionate about providing a remarkable guest experience as they serve guests in our Dining Room. This will position will be on the front lines in displaying our vision of care to all who come into contact with our restaurant. Responsibilities:

• Attend to Guests needs in the Dining Room
• Cleaning Tables, Facilities, and Restrooms
• Maintain Cleanliness in the Dining Room/Restrooms
• Show respect to all leaders
• Arrive to work on time and work all scheduled shifts
• Show up to work in full uniform, following all dress codes
• Go above and beyond to make our restaurant inviting and feel like home.
• Know the Values of Chick-fil-A Springs Station and execute them with excellence, daily.
• Understand and practice the “Core 4”
• Practice 2nd Mile Service whenever given the opportunity
• Work with “Head on a Swivel” mentality, always keeping guest needs front of mind
• Stay focused on the task at hand and follow directions from the Shift Leader
• Be willing to jump in and help those on your team in Front of House

REQUIREMENTS

• Self-Motivated
• People Oriented
• Customer Service Experience Preferred, Not Required
• Problem Solver
