Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to clients enrolled in our HRA plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others navigate their healthcare benefits.

How you'll make an impact

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our HRA plans, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone
• Assist clients with account setup and registration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollment documents.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of their HRA plans, including eligible expenses, reimbursement procedures, and plan coverage details
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
