Rimports, LLC is recruiting a results-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Manager to continue the company's strong growth, particularly with Amazon.com. Remote/hybrid work arrangement is acceptable for this position for non-Provo metro area candidates.
Essential Functions:
- Take the lead in advancing the Rimports digital marketing strategy to the next level of execution and results. Include both short and long-term strategies.
- Direct and manage efforts of e-commerce support team.
- Provide strategic insights to company leadership on all aspects of e-commerce business and marketing tools, including social media and use of influencers.
- Lead and execute the process of listing Rimports products on various digital platforms, primarily Amazon.com.
- Champion process of developing and posting appropriate product content to support increased on-line sales. Utilize software tools to curate and improve content.
- Execute appropriate platform-specific marketing tools, monitor results, and maintain approved budget levels.
- Provide company leadership to support fulfillment process improvement for each platform.
- Support inventory and replenishment processes need to drive sales. Develop and refine forecasts to assure accurate planning capability.
- Utilize effective tools for key word optimization.
- Monitor results and present regular business reviews. Report issues on an ongoing basis.
- Manage and address all Amazon-specific issues including product set-up, product inquiries, shipping, and chargeback disputes.
- Manage Amazon content and reviews: A+ content, brand pages, Vine reviews, etc.
- Manage all changes on Rimports branded and e-commerce websites.
- Lead marketing efforts on Rimports e-commerce websites including SEO, PPC, email, social, etc.
- Research competitor presence on digital platforms and report on opportunities.
- Build relationships both internally and externally to advance digital channel sales.
- Serve as Rimports lead user for Content Management software.

Desired Education and Experience:
- Experience running an Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Experience working in retail environment is a bonus.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience managing an e-commerce website, particularly using Shopify.
- Experience using Content Management software.
- Experience in a consumer products type environment.
- Experience running Walmart Marketplace accounts.
