Job Overview : This position involves managing journal entry preparation and reconciliation for different areas, as well as supporting the accounts payable function and assisting with SOX testing.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly accounting close, prepare journal entries, and reconcile different areas to ensure accurate financial records.
- Support efficient accounts payable processes by assisting with vendor payments and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Assist with interim and year-end SOX testing in collaboration with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting regulations.
Primary Job Requirements: - Proficient in SAP
- Skilled in utilizing Concur expense management software to streamline and automate the expense reporting process.
- Proficient in using Adaptive Insights, a cloud-based financial planning and analysis software, to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
