Position:  Customer Service Representative - In Office (Clearwater, FL)

Summary for Customer Service Representative

Venture Tech Solutions provides customer service and back office support to Consolidated Credit, a non-profit organization with a 30-year history of being an industry leader in providing financial counseling and debt management services nationwide.  Consolidated works with consumers and their creditors to lower interest rates, lower monthly payments to help clients get out of debt faster.  You can be part of this team working in a fast-paced , multi channel contact center and make a difference every day. 

In this role you will help resolve issues for Consolidated clients by working with creditors on their behalf. This includes solving account and billing issues, completing paperwork requirements and guiding our clients for the best solutions to resolve their personal debt.

Role Description for Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients and creditors via phone calls, chats, emails and portal communication assisting them with their questions and providing solutions to any problems they may encounter. 

What to Expect:

• Assisting callers to resolve issue (chat and email)
• Contacting client and/or creditor to resolve/provide information
• Helping callers understand account information.
• Send educational material that are responsive to our callers' needs,
• Resolves all follow-up items, including issues related to delinquencies, payoffs and refunds,
• Corresponding via telephone chat and portal inquiries
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Minimum Requirements for Customer Service Representative

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
• Strong people skills and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
• Knowledge and use of PC Systems and MS Office applications is a must
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve
• Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
• Be able to work Monday - Thursday 10:30am am to 7pm pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
