Job description
Bravotech a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks a contract Salesforce Admin/Business Analyst for a preferred client based in the Irving, Texas area.
The ideal candidate will have a 4 year degree, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work 4 days onsite.
The contractor will do the following:
Work closely with teams and perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements.
Experience understanding the business process to gather requirements for the Salesforce customization.

- Assisting with MICROS Issues

- Menu Rollouts
- Custom Fields
- Custom Objects
- Sales Cloud
- New Release Updates
- Setup Sites on Backend
- Custom Fields
- Custom Objects
- Set-up new users #platform
- Change in access when managers switch stores
-Reporting for one off requests from executive team
