Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree. Master's preferred
  
• Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structures and systems, and policies, procedures, and processes as normally demonstrated through a minimum of two years' experience
  
• Must possess at least 1 year of clinical experience relevant to the patient population. (BH/Substance abuse)
  
• Leadership experience should include management of staff and budgets.
  
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent public relations, human relations, and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Must have the ability to interact with physicians and employees successfully and positively at all levels throughout the organization.
  
• Must possess licensure as a professional nurse (RN) in AZ or compact state
  
• Current Basic Life Support
  

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
