What You'll Do:

As a key player in our sales and marketing efforts, you'll take the lead in transforming sales leads into valued customers. Through a blend of preservation strategies and expansion initiatives, you will:

Engage with prospective clients via phone and email, introducing them to our suite of solutions.
Conduct market research to generate warm leads and categorize prospects effectively.
Utilize your in-depth product knowledge to present tailored solutions to potential clients.
Pursue opportunities for upselling when appropriate.
Maintain meticulous records of interactions with new prospects using CRM tools, ensuring progress is tracked.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve, if not exceed, sales targets.
Forge and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with new clients and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging referrals.

Who We're Looking For:

An energetic and confident professional with:

5+ years of sales experience, particularly in staffing for sectors such as BPO, IT, finance, marketing, customer service, etc.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A knack for building and nurturing client relationships.
Proficiency in sales strategies and negotiation.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
Adaptability, networking skills, and a fearless, hunter-like mentality.
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
