We are looking to hire a full-time Client Support Team Lead to champion our customer support squad! Are you a customer service rockstar? Do you enjoy coaching others? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SUPPORT TEAM LEAD
As a team lead, you start work each day excited to provide solutions wherever they are needed. Leading by example, you work side-by-side with your team. You provide exceptional customer service, handle escalations, help to manage the schedules of your team members, and perform other supervisory tasks. Your excellent communication skills are critical as you spend a lot of time collaborating with our Customer Support Manager on the needs of the team.
This is a "producing" role, meaning that you'll be working on client communications alongside your team, as well as performing leading tasks. You perform regular 1:1s with each team member, providing feedback as needed. When questions come into our chat, you are quick to answer them. If you don't know the answer, you know how to find it! You enjoy using your awesome leadership skills to help keep our customer service and client support team working well.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position is full-time - at least 35 - 40 hours per week. Flexibility is the name of the game.
As long as you're rocking with us during business hours (8 am – 5 pm), we're all good!
