Role Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our People & Culture (Human Resources) Technology team. As a P&C (HR) Reporting & Analytics intern, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of P&C Technology, with a primary focus on SuccessFactors reporting. Apply analytical skills in the analysis and documentation of existing reports, with a focus on identifying repetition, overlap, and gaps within the current inventory. Committed to supporting the alignment of report libraries with business requirements, ensuring a seamless integration. Ready to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment while acquiring valuable skills in the field of HR technology.
Description of Responsibilities
Analyze and Document Reports:
Work closely with the team to analyze and document existing SuccessFactors reports.
Identify key elements, data sources, and structures within each report.
Assess Report Inventory:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current report inventory.
Identify patterns of repetition, overlap, and gaps in the existing reports.
Report Library Alignment:
Support efforts to align the report library with evolving business needs.
Contribute to the enhancement of the report library for improved efficiency and usability.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Minimum 2.5 GPA
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Relevant coursework in HR management, information systems, data analytics, or similar area
Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR technology systems and software. Basic understanding of databases, data analysis, and reporting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration within the HR team and with other departments
Analytical Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. Attention to detail, especially when working with HR data and information
Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to work in a remote setting
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify and solve problems related to HR technology systems. Proactive approach to addressing issues and proposing improvements
