Position Summary:
As a Mortgage Loan Originator (Wholesale), you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the mortgage process. Utilizing our state-of-the-art AI technology and marketing resources, you'll engage with clients, analyze their financial needs, and match them with suitable products. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive warm transfers and leads from our contact center, engaging with clients to understand their needs.
- Lock loans at the point of sale, request initial documents, and submit preliminary loan packages efficiently.
- Collaborate with administrators and underwriters to facilitate smooth loan processing.
- Adhere to closing requirements and stipulations for timely loan closures.
- Educate clients on their home loan options and guide them through the application process.
- Maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Current, valid NMLS license or willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and mortgage industry standards.
- Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work remotely and accommodate varying work hours.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Closed Sundays/Holidays
