Job description

Responsible for supervision of staff and trainees to ensure a safe and secure operation of assigned Social Development areas. Screens applicants for employment and makes hiring recommendations. Responsible for the supervision of staff. May act as the Residential Supervisor in their absence
Minimum of two years' experience working with youth or related experience and/or training, including supervisory experience
Must be able to work any shift and day of the week
Education :
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Associates' degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
Valid State Driver License
