Job description

Adecco is assisting their client with their search for Information Administrator.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract

Start Date: 1-2 weeks.

Location: Springdale, AR 72764 (on-site required)

Pay: $15.90- $19.00 (based on experience)

Duration: 3-4 month (can extend)

Shift: M- F (8am-5pm)

Description:

This position will complete electronic forms regarding accidents and driver issues. They will also take calls from customers/clients regarding accidents and issues. This is an office-based position- they will be on the phone the majority of the day. They will receive calls from drivers and fill out an intake form with all the details- the context of the accident, what parts of the truck are damaged, the driver's information and location, etc. They will need to be thorough and comfortable asking a lot of follow questions. This information will then be inputted into 2 other systems (Claims, Driver Evaluation System). 
Requirements Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Systems such as Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc. Knowledge of SAP would be helpful.

Pay Details: $15.90 to $19.00 per hour
