Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new commercial construction and renovation opportunities.
- Build a robust client pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, plumbing technologies, and product innovations.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our plumbing products and services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with commercial clients, contractors, architects, and project managers.
- Collaborate with decision-makers to understand their plumbing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Quotations and Proposals:
- Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Coordinate with the technical team to align proposals with client needs and industry standards.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure contracts.
- Ensure smooth handover to the project implementation team upon closing sales transactions.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide valuable insights to management for business growth opportunities.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in plumbing or construction.
- Strong understanding of plumbing products, systems, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proactive approach with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in ZoomInfo, Salesforce software, and sales analytics tools.
Education:
