Starting Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 with bonuses up to 6 figures.
Responsibilities:
Help Brian and his team increase revenue by managing leads and sales pipeline
Assist in managing listings, opening of escrows, coordinating all showings with agents and buyers, inspections, prep for sale renovations, request for repair corrections
Manage a busy calendar, making sure all timing and logistical details are in place to maximize efficiency, productivity and ensure business goals are being met.
Serve as a gatekeeper for Agent Prep research and notes for any meetings and presentations.
Manage the project management system, updating Agent regularly and proactively
Organize and manage priorities on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis
Amplify and improve agent’s external marketing
Communicate directly with clients, vendors, partners, and other high-level stakeholders
Handle any business or personal tasks that arise in an effort to free up Agent’s time to focus on revenue-producing activities
Manage and take part in all marketing activities, social media and website/listing updates
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 2+ years minimum experience in a Real Estate Sales/Brokerage environment
At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or experience performing supportive duties
Great on the phone and in person communicator
