Lead the charge in crafting and executing innovative learning strategies that turbocharge our team's potential and keep us ahead of the game.
Identify and nurture the talents of our workforce through tailored development programs that unleash their full potential.
Craft engaging learning experiences and fuel our culture of continuous growth and development.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field, coupled with over 10 years' experience in Talent or Organization Development.
• A team player with a knack for instructional design, project management, and multi-location learning initiatives.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar systems, e-learning tools, and assessments is a big plus.
• Experience leading cross departmental and functional learning teams and initiatives
• A commitment to driving our company values through engaging learning programs.
