**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Member Services Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing event-related data processes, facilitating seamless registration experiences for our members and vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Collaboration with subject matter experts, members, and staff is key, along with proficient use of Salesforce and virtual event platforms. Additionally, you'll be responsible for conducting testing and quality assurance checks on our applications and registration processes.

**Essential Functions:**

- Manage content processes for major global events, both physical and virtual.
- Lead the effort to upload event agenda data into Salesforce and coordinate synchronization with the event platform.
- Ensure all agenda and speaker updates are accurately reflected in Salesforce.
- Coordinate registration processes for non-members, speakers, and vendors across different regions.
- Collaborate closely with event teams and marketing functions to facilitate data and process updates.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Education and Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong preference for experience with Salesforce and Cvent.
- Desired experience with Office 365 and virtual meeting platforms such as GoTo, Zoom, and MS Teams.

**Work Environment:**

This position is open to remote candidates, although preference will be given to candidates located in the Hybrid Reston, VA area. Regardless of work location, a professional work environment is required, and candidates must be able to meet the physical demands associated with such an environment.
