Experienced Home Improvement Sales Rep - Full Time

We're in search of enthusiastic and driven sales professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates excel at interpersonal communication and ideally possess 1-3 years of experience in in-home or solar sales. Our company is committed to making solar accessible and affordable for everyone through various financing options, allowing families to invest in their homes and contribute to a greener future. Collaborating with installers nationwide, we aim to offer diverse choices to our customers in this rapidly growing solar industry. As a Sales Rep, you'll be at the core of our company, shaping first impressions and leading the sales process from acquisition to post-installation follow-ups. Your role will include scheduling appointments and conducting in-home presentations. Join us in this exciting journey of growth in the solar industry.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales experience required (preferred: In home sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, etc.)
• Possess a robust comprehension of the solar industry and a thorough understanding of how solar energy systems operate
• Demonstrate a friendly and outgoing personality
• Experience negotiating and closing large contracts
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position
• Must be comfortable lead generating in residential areas
• Must be able to work under little supervision, and be motivated to maintain goals
• Excellent organizational skills
• Applicants must be 18 years or older, hold a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Providing the best customer service experience and utmost professionalism at all times
• Educating potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy through sales presentations
• Helping customers choose the right products and services based on their needs and budget
• Some warm leads provided, but also some lead generating in residential areas, qualifying leads, and setting appointments
• Assist customers in navigating the purchasing process by providing guidance, explaining contracts, engaging in negotiations, and successfully closing sales
• Demonstrating a genuine passion for solar and renewable energy
• Participate in team meetings and training to uphold and enhance skills
• Continuously hit individual and team goals
