Job description
We are looking for a Product Analyst for a top retail company in Columbus, Ohio!. As a PA, you will be responsible for working closely with a diverse group of cross-functional partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience, aligned with business goals and objectives. This position will be hybrid and based out of the Columbus office.
Responsibilities:- Manage product lifecycle for Data & Analytics Product team backlog with the direction of the Product Owner
- Ensure platform stability and operational integrity via participation in team-based on-call rotations and defect triage
- Document system preferences and functionality aligned on by business partners in shared space
- Partner with Product Owner to determine key product features that achieve business objectives
- Gather and write user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder needs
- Identify dependencies and impacts to other areas of the product when working through requirements
- Proxy for Product Owner when they are unavailable
- Coordinates and performs UAT with stakeholders
- Create materials and train internal customers on new features
- Help build and maximize product capabilities in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
- Set-up data for lower-level environments in support of Development Team
- Point of contact for Development Team when requirement questions arise
- Analyze support issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:- 2 to 4 years Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role experience
- 3+ years digital experience
- Experience using an analytics and testing applications connected to digital site (preferably Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target with Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Strong technical understanding, ability to translate to non-technical partners
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
- Waterfall or Agile SDLC experience
- Jira and/or Confluence experience
- Enterprise e-commerce platform experience
- Experience partnering with and managing 3rd party vendors
- General business and financial acumen
- Experience in fast-paced retail and/or e-commerce environment
- Diverse work experience and background
