We focus on heavy civil work and are currently looking for an experienced HEAVY CIVIL DOT Project Manager with a passion for the Heavy Civil Construction industry to join our team in Houston, TX.
You should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and a dedication to high-quality work. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion.As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will be responsible for managing teams, equipment, and budgets, as well as working closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be expected to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in Heavy Civil / DOT work experience. In addition, you should have excellent problem solving and organizational skills as well as strong communication abilities. This position also requires proficiency with a variety of construction-related software.
This position pays an annual salary of 100k-130k. In addition, they provide a vehicle allowance($700/month, + gas card, and phone allowance. They also provide a Bi annual bonus based on performance!
