Job description

Job Title: Commercial Loan Administrator

Department: Lending

Reports To: VP of Lending 

Summary:

Assist in the development of functional commercial lending department, including the development of the underwriting/administration department and other service lines. Support and lead commercial loan administration function. Ensure maximum profitability of lending activities that are in the best interest of the client and Safe Harbor Financial. The Commercial Loan Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and client service support to the VP of Credit in support of their respective roles and responsibilities. Additional responsibilities may extend across business areas, such as participating on cross-functional committees. The CLA will also perform other tasks/projects as requested, and provide assistance as needed to other teams. The CLA may also be responsible for tasks that span the entire commercial lending department (for example, working with a vendor, etc.).
