- Utilize Windchill experience to configure and customize the Windchill PLM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet business needs through effective Windchill solutions.
- Work on both UI, Server side Windchill APIs to develop complex use cases.
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset by providing support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Navigate grey situations with adaptability and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless integration of Windchill within the organization.
- Configure Windchill workflows, data models, and other system components to optimize efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated on Windchill advancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of PLM processes.
Required Skills : - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Windchill PLM. - Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous or grey situations, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. - Proficient in configuring Windchill workflows, data models, and other system components. - Adept at collaborating with various stakeholders to understand and address business needs.Job tags
