Job description

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain production and quality systems to achieve established objectives while continuously improving the manufacturing process. This role requires a knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SolidWorks, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, implement and maintain production methods, processes, and operations
• Develop and manage process control plans and production quality plans
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide technical support to production staff
• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and improve systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering related field and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SolidWorks, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
