Employed position
4 offices in the area, all with on-site labs run by degreed Medical Techs for testing, as well as 2 Pharmacies and on-site x-rays
13 current Physicians and 3 Midlevels, each provider with dedicated nurses
Bi-Monthly Allergist Remove
Contracted Lactation Consultant and Nutritionist
Established practice of 60 years

FINANCIAL PACKAGE:
$210,000 salary guaranteed for 3 years
Additional compensation through collections-based bonuses
Signing bonus of $20,000
Relocation assistance up to $5000
Health benefits available but not provided by the group
15 days of PTO and 4 days for CME
Partnership track available with 90th Percentile MGMA potential
