Are you ready to grow as an Exchange Systems Engineer? Antero Technology Services is looking for a proactive person with a TS/SCI clearance to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Team. Your team reliably delivers next generation enterprise services for tens of thousands of mission-critical customers on a global scale. You will be assessing, implementing, and verifying service upgrades to the enterprise infrastructure. You’ll develop process scripting and application health monitoring automation to make your systems robust and reliable across the global enterprise.

What you’ll be doing
- Engineer, design, implement, test, and maintain full life-cycle management of complex system solutions deployed in our enterprise environment including: Cloud, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Network, Endpoints and Directory Services
- Scope, define, architect, and deploy on/off premise Exchange services
- Develop and maintain Exchange systems administration tasks such as patching, updating; develop and execute scripted tasks in PowerShell or Python
- Validate and execute system maintenance, upgrades, and scalable solutions for security, backup, and redundancy
- Provide analysis and root cause resolution of system infrastructure problems and outages
- Analyze customer functional requirements to develop system specifications and implement solutions
- Participate in research and development of innovative new technologies to continuously improve the IT business needs of the organization
- Create and maintain network and system architecture diagrams and documentation
- Attending weekly meetings and providing status reports
What you’ll need to have
- 8570 IAT Level II Certification (typically Security+)
- TS/SCI with CI Poly, or willingness and ability to be cleared
- High School+14 years; Bachelor’s+10; Master’s+8
- Demonstrated experience with complex enterprise technical infrastructure and cloud services; superior, service-oriented approach to IT Operations
- Experience with Exchange Server versions 2007-2019: system design, installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and upgrades
- Knowledge of Enterprise Vault and it’s integration into Exchange Environments
- Experience with planning and implementing system upgrades and enhancements
- Experience developing and implementing automated testing strategies
- Experience with federal ATO and Project Management processes
