**Internal Mortgage Specialist for Real Estate Firm Job Responsibilities:**

- Originate and process mortgage loan applications from various sources.
- Guide borrowers through the application process and help them choose the right mortgage product.
- Collect and analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness and ensure compliance.
- Maintain communication with relevant parties to ensure a smooth loan approval and closing process.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and loan product offerings.

**Internal Mortgage Specialist for Real Estate Firm Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting criteria.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and technology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Active NMLS license required.
- Looking for a minimum of 10 Mortgage Loan Originators.

**Schedule:**

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Closed Sundays/Holidays
- AI System Online 24/7

**Supplemental Pay:**

- W-2 or 1099 options available.
- Base and/or Commission pay, depending on the legal position.
- Signing bonus for Top Originators and/or Business Development Representatives, MMI verified.
