Are you a positive person with a passion for serving customers? Our newest Fields Jaguar Land Rover service team is looking for an energetic & detail-oriented individual at our Bellevue location. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone.
• Service appointment scheduling for customers over the phone and in person.
• Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
• Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
• Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
• Maintain office supplies for service department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be willing to submit to background check.
• Hours for this position are Full Time
