Business Analyst

Above all else we are looking for these skills in a Business Analyst.

Strong analytical skills

Effective communications skills

Ability to liaise with stakeholders

Problem solving mindset

Previous successful migration experience

Knowledge of databases and SQL

Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.

Duration: 1 year with extension likely

Remote or On-site: Candidates MUST be located within 1-1.5 hours of the greater Lansing area. Manager is not interested in candidates who need to relocate to accept offer. Will need to be onsite starting day 1 for hybrid work schedule which is in-office 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite; Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays will be remote). NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
