Job Summary: The Brand Promise Clerk is responsible for maintaining communication between shipping/loading, and manufacturing teams. The BPC will emphasize our “no headaches” promise to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with various departments on load/material status.
- Proactively address any material or delay issues with sales teams.
- Resolve problems regarding load completion, driver delays, material delays, etc.
- Coordinate load pick up times with transportation and shipping.
- Provide thorough status updates to sales teams and customers as requested.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shipping or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Sales and customer service experience a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
