What You Will Do

This is more than your simple call center customer service work. You’ll work closely with Viega clientele on their purchase and use of Viega products and any warranty claims down the road. You’ll learn how to use our software tools (SAP, Salesforce) and communicate with customers and internal Viega team members via email and phone. As well, you’ll become familiar with our product offerings, shipping and logistics (processes, costs, etc.), and our entire production-to-installation ecosystem.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, communicative environment. You are a quick learner and can multi-task and move quickly through different areas of your work on a daily basis.
