This is more than your simple call center customer service work. You’ll work closely with Viega clientele on their purchase and use of Viega products and any warranty claims down the road. You’ll learn how to use our software tools (SAP, Salesforce) and communicate with customers and internal Viega team members via email and phone. As well, you’ll become familiar with our product offerings, shipping and logistics (processes, costs, etc.), and our entire production-to-installation ecosystem.
You love the details and providing successful results for customers and clients. You aren’t afraid of tough conversations or resolutions that take multiple days or weeks. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, communicative environment. You are a quick learner and can multi-task and move quickly through different areas of your work on a daily basis. You have a quiet and productive work environment at home.
