About the role

We are the CBRE’s Design practice, an engineering design capability within the largest commercial real estate services company in the world! We are a team of authorities, covering every engineering field, from backgrounds working to deliver outstanding design solutions for our clients. We also work in many market sectors outside of commercial real estate, including Aviation, Civic, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Judicial, Critical and Sports.

The Sr Civil/Structural Engineer provides design and engineering services for large projects. Experience with field work and assessments is required as the Sr. Structural Engineer will be assessing existing structures. In addition, the Sr Civil/Structural Engineer will mentor junior engineers.

What you’ll do

+ Develop conceptual/feasibility reports, cost estimations, detailed design drawings, and structural evaluations.

+ Leads structural-focused projects and design tasks.

+ Plan and supervise appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.

+ Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study.

+ Minimum six years of related experience and/or training. proven experience preferred
