LaSalle Network is partnered with a healthcare start up in Monroe, North Carolina, seeking a
Senior Manager, Human Resources to join their growing firm! This firm specializes in clinical research and is growing at a rapid rate as they are making unique impacts in in the healthcare industry.
The
Senior Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for directly collaborating with the executive leadership team to drive human resources initiatives across the organization. The role will encompass leadership training, implementing HR processes and provide strategic guidance as the company scales. The ideal candidate will be motivated by working in a high-growth company and bring confidence and energy to the position.
Senior Manager, Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and morale
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent
- Conduct salary surveys and recommend compensation adjustments
Senior Manager, Human Resources Requirements:
- BA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience
- Healthcare experience preferred, not required
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Experience with training and development programs
