Job description
This is a remote position.
This position is fully remote/working from home. We are accepting candidates from anywhere in USA or European time zones.
OTE (On target earnings): $120000 $160000 USD per year (uncapped) mostly commission/performancebased pay
This is a fulltime position of 40 hours per week.
Minimum of 3 years of recent successful experience in a consultative sales role preferably in a telesales or inside sales environment selling high ticket coaching offers ($5K plus)
Experience in managing growing training and optimizing a sales team. preferably in a similar industry as ours
Some college preferred
Excellent listening skills. Must have a seek first to understand approach to sales.
Strong technical and online documentation skills. Ability to work with multiple computer systems.
Ability to think on your feet during a conversation tailor the conversation to the audience s needs and overcome objections.
Demonstrated affinity for/expertise in ongoing change and learning.
