Fixed Asset Accountant
$70k-$80k

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's capital accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient utilization of capital resources.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all aspects of capital expenditures, including budgeting, forecasting, and allocation of funds for various projects.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to capital accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Track and maintain records of company assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop capital budgets, evaluate investment proposals, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and regulations. Assist in internal and external audits related to capital accounts.
- Identify opportunities to streamline capital accounting processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct financial analyses to assess the impact of capital investments on the company's financial performance and long-term sustainability.
