Your Mission in the Global Arena:

Are you ready to take the helm as a Global Auditor, charting new territories in the world of compliance? Our esteemed client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a visionary like you to spearhead their global sales and marketing compliance audits. Your quest will take you across the US and to international affiliates, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Base Salary: $100-105K DOE plus profit-sharing bonus plus pension!

Your Global Journey Includes:

• Mastering the complexities of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Corruption.
• Navigating through the nuances of Commercial Contracting/Pricing, Research Funding, and No-Charge Goods.
• Upholding the sanctity of HIPAA/Privacy Laws.
• Embracing the thrill of travel, with 15% to 35% of your time spent in domestic and international locations, discovering new cultures and practices.

What You Bring to This Global Role:

• A rich background with at least 3 years in public accounting, consulting, or law, facing clients with confidence and expertise.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in FCPA and/or the healthcare industry.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a renowned four-year college or university.
• An adventurous spirit, ready for 15 – 35% travel to various global destinations.
