HTC's Grant Management product, Client, is an end-to-end solution for large and small Government and Private agencies. Client is a configurable and scalable product that automates the entire grant life cycle. HTC is looking for a Product Manager who can engage with new and existing State government agencies to understand new program requirements and configure Client to meet the client needs. Client undergoes refinements on an ongoing basis and the selected candidate should have a product configuration / implementation background and should be familiar with product roadmap.


Job Description:

• Strong knowledge of Workflows, configuration and business rules set up
• Hands-on approach who can independently manage and take full ownership of new program implementations
• Should be proficient in conducting Requirements confirmation meetings and creating Configuration specifications
• Experience in SQL; should be capable of writing complex SQL queries
• Strong experience in Visio. Should be able to document process flows, swim lane diagrams, etc.
• Capable of system / regression testing
• Good communication (oral and written) skills
• Assist in pre-sales activities / presentations / demos to clients.
• Finance or Banking or Grants domain will be an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates who work of fixed price projects vs Time & Material engagements
