We are looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager with a background in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft, Commercial Construction, Concrete Contractor, and Industrial Construction. The Preconstruction Manager should possess excellent problem solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to evaluate options and generate innovative solutions.-Should be knowledgeable about different job options in the commercial construction business and possess a strong geographic sense.
-Able to assess the business unit's capacity and match upcoming tasks to available resources.
-Cultivates connections in the industry to find potential possibilities to get new business.
-Able to create a suitable bid strategy and verify for a precise and accurate estimate.
-Able to comprehend project specifics and client objectives in order to effectively organize and lead our teams during execution.
-Use the appropriate turnover method to hand off a project to our Operations Teams in an efficient manner.
-Over 8 years experience in Commercial Construction for a large scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor
-Microsoft programs experienced
-Concrete experience
-Business development background and construction market knowledge
-Estimating background
-Experience with projects over 1 million dollars
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
This position offers an annual salary between $70,000 - $110,000. Additionally, there are opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and other perks.
