A mechanical contractor with well over 50 years of experience in mechanical construction is seeking an experienced plumbing superintendent to join their team. This is a full-time position with the mechanical contractor.

Advanced plumbing knowledge in commercial plumbing is required, experience with commercial heating/air conditioning and or fire suppression will be a huge plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the quality installation
• Responsible for project administration
• Ensure their Project Manager is accurately and fully informed.
• Accurately managing assigned manpower
• Stay within the project budget.
• Ensure all materials are on site before starting tasks.
• Attending all job site meetings.
• Daily quality control.
• Make sure all subs follow company regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Superintendents must have experience on commercial construction sites.
• Must have at least 5 years of recent verifiable experience.
• Must have at least 7 years of verifiable commercial plumbing experience.
• Must have experience with commercial new construction.
• Must be a team player and take pride in all work.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work overtime.
