If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking Pool Side Servers. The Pool Side Servers will take orders and assist members and guests of Congressional at the Pavilion Restaurant, located next to the Club's three outdoor pools. The Pavilion is a quick-service counter-style restaurant.

Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish more.

What will be expected of you:

• Provide immediate attention to all Members/Guests upon approaching the counter.
• Take beverage and food orders, and inform cooks about any special cooking instructions.
• Deliver food to members/guests.
• Keep the dining area and middle terrace areas clean of litter and food.
• Provide continual maintenance and cleaning assistance to the pool staff.
• Set up the Pavilion for service and perform assigned opening and closing side work.
• Check stock pars for days' service.
• Maintain an adequate supply of food and drinks. Requisition items as necessary.
• Keep an inventory of food and beverages periodically throughout the day.
• Maintain kitchen equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Keep floor and counters clean and wipe down at all times. Clean as you go.
• Maintain and monitor restrooms for supplies and cleanliness.
• Keeps tables, chairs, and the floor of the dining area clean at all times.
• Empowered to resolve any concerns or complaints as soon as they occur.
